Decatylen lozenges destroy bacteria and fungus that cause inflammation of the throat and infectious inflammation of the oral cavity. Lozenges contain an active substance with analgetic effect.
Decatylen lozenges are generally well tolerated, do not irritate the lining of the mouth. Decatylen does not cause dental caries, it can also be used in patients with diabetes.
Decatylen used for topical treatment of acute oral and throat infections with significant pain syndrome, such as:
- tonsil, larynx, throat inflammation (tonsillitis, laryngitis, pharyngitis)
- inflammation of the gums (gingivitis)
- inflammation of the mucus of the mouth cavity (stomatitis)
- oral mucosal fungal infections (eg thrush)
- after tonsil surgery and tooth extraction to facilitate healing.
Decatylen is advisable if you have an unpleasant mouth odor.
