DIRECTIONS
- Adults and children 12 years and older: Rinse with 20 mL (2/3 fluid ounce) of undiluted Listerine Total Care Zero for 30 seconds twice a day after brushing your teeth. Do not swallow.
- Children 6 to 11 years: Supervise use and instruct them to use 10 mL (1/3 fluid ounce) of undiluted mouthwash for 30 seconds twice a day.
- Children under 6 years: Consult a dentist or doctor before use.
